Amtrak's Adirondack Suspended North Of Albany-Rensselaer
Effective June 23 2023 , Amtrak was been forced to suspend it's New York to Montreal Adirondack service between Albany and Montreal, due extreme speed restrictions (10mph) imposed by the Canadian National Railway north of the border on the train's route to/from Montreal.
ESPA is working to find out more facts regarding the suspension and will provide more information as it becomes available.
